The former Army building is now serving as the display apartment for the tower block called Milano

Spring 2004 - Preservation News
Central Melbourne features two stylish buildings developed for the Army. In Victoria Street, at Therry Street, near the Queen Victoria Market, a new apartment complex called Milano apartments is being developed around the building previously used for Army recruiting.
