Gary is a senior archaeologist with over 20 years experience as a heritage consultant and archaeologist, a background in historical research, heritage conservation and community heritage. He has a special interest in industrial design and manufacturing.
Historian and scholar Peter Hack will outline how the Art Deco department stores of old Shanghai enhanced the shopping experience, and their Chinese-Australian connections.
