The conversion of the laundry to apartments continues to stop and start. Despite a marketing campaign in 2005, the conversion is not yet complete.

SPRING 2004 - Preservation News

After a lengthy development process, the conversion to apartments within this landmark laundry building designed by Walter Mason is now complete. The apartments are for sale, and the fac ade of the original building is now being painted.
