The former home of the Nicholas family has undergone another change of ownership, and the new owners intend to provide retirement accommodation and serviced apartments. The exterior of the main house has been repainted and looks a treat. ADS is fully supportive of this initiative which will hopefully secure the future of one of Australia’s Moderne classic houses.
