St Vincent Place North, Albert Park

On 12 October 2010, the Executive Director of Heritage Victoria issued a permit for the demolition of 94 St Vincent Place, Albert Park, which is included in the St Vincent Place Precinct on the Victorian Heritage Register (H1291)

Following the transfer from the Commonwealth to the State of Victoria, this classic red-brick building is now occupied by Parks Victoria, and its purpose-built hall is used for practice by the Victorian Symphony Orchestra.
