The conversion of the Davis Relova laundry to apartments continues to stop and start. Despite a marketing campaign in 2005, the conversion is not yet complete.

After a lengthy development process, the conversion of the Davis Relova laundry in Hoddle Street to apartments within this landmark building designed by Walter Mason is now complete. The apartments are for sale, and the facade of the original building is now being painted.  

The development of the former Davis Relova laundry complex into residential units is now proceeding. We are looking forward to the restoration of the facade.  

All that remains of the classic blue Davis Relova laundry in Hoddle St, Richmond is the facade, awaiting the development of a series of units on the site.
